The location suited me well. It was on a quiet canal street. the staff readily assisted with my luggage both upon arrival and departure. i particularly appreciated the provided welcome gift. the comfortable bed with comfy pillows and the excellent shower were welcome after a long day.
the internet signal was occasionally weak in the room.

The staff was indeed friendly. My room had a canal view. Breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. I appreciated the central location too.
The bathroom had no towel racks. The lighting around the mirror was insufficient. Some furniture looked a little worn.

The room felt smaller than expected. It really impacted my experience. i encountered a strange odor in the bathroom, quite off-putting. the noise from the street was more noticeable than i liked too. i hoped for a quieter, more spacious room considering the hotel's reputation.

My room was very clean and modern. It overlooked the canal, so that was nice. Staff helped me with directions. I liked having a bar where I could get drinks.
The room was small. I could hear noises from the pipes. I could not get the windows open.
